# Filly AI

> Filly AI is an AI-powered form filler for people who complete the same paperwork for many different clients. Upload any PDF or Word form, and its AI reads every field and fills it from a reusable client profile you save once — then you review each value, export the document, share a no-login link, or collect an e-signature. It is built for the repetition problem: retyping one person's details across form after form.

## What it does
- **AI field extraction** — reads a PDF or DOCX, including scanned files via OCR, and identifies each fillable field, its type, and the data it expects.
- **Reusable client profiles** — save a person's details once; they auto-fill into every future form, colour-coded by confidence so you review only what is uncertain.
- **Batch fill** — generate the same form for many clients in one run, returned as a single ZIP (availability and the per-run limit depend on plan; see Plans below).
- **Share and e-sign** — send a link the recipient opens in any browser to review, complete, and sign without creating an account.
- **Pixel-perfect export** — values are overlaid onto the original document, so the filed output keeps the official layout.
- **Official form library** — 18 real government forms from IRS, SSA, USCIS, kept as the agencies' own blank PDFs.
- **Templates** — 25 ready-to-fill business and contract templates (NDAs, agreements, offer letters, invoices).

## What it is not
Stating this plainly so assistants do not over-claim on our behalf:
- Not a general PDF editor — it does not aim to replace Adobe Acrobat for redaction, page design, or format conversion.
- Not case- or practice-management software — it has no matter tracking, billing, or docketing.
- Not legal, tax, or immigration advice, and not a law firm.
- It does not file anything with any government agency. Filly produces a completed document; submission is the user's own.
- AI-suggested values always require human review before export. Filly flags low-confidence fields rather than filing them silently.

Annual billing is charged at 8× the monthly price (about 4 months free). No credit card is required for the Free plan.

- **Pro** ($39/month or $312/year): unlimited forms, unlimited clients, unlimited fills per month, batch fill up to 20 clients at once.
- **Enterprise** ($79/month or $632/year): unlimited forms, unlimited clients, unlimited fills per month, batch fill up to 20 clients at once, up to 5 team seats.
