Filly AI supports PDF and DOCX (Word) files. This includes standard forms, contracts, legal documents, HR paperwork, and invoices. Scanned PDFs are also supported via built-in OCR — text is extracted automatically before analysis.
When you upload a document, Filly AI sends it to Claude (Anthropic's AI) which reads the content and identifies every fillable field — its label, type (text, date, currency, signature, etc.), and what client data it needs. This happens in seconds and you can review or edit the field list before filling.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Client profiles are scoped to your account using row-level security — no other user can access your data. Sensitive fields like tax IDs and ID numbers are stored server-side only. We never sell or share your data.
No. When you share a document for signing, your client receives a private link. They can review the filled document, make suggested edits, draw their signature, and submit — all without creating an account or logging in.
Batch fill lets you generate the same form for multiple clients at once. Select a form, pick up to 20 clients, and Filly AI fills and exports a separate PDF for each. All files are packaged into a single ZIP download. It's ideal for HR teams sending onboarding packets or lawyers preparing the same contract for multiple clients.
Yes — upload any PDF or DOCX and Filly AI will extract its fields. The Pro plan and above also unlocks 25 built-in templates (NDAs, contracts, offer letters, invoices, and more) that are pre-mapped to client profile fields for instant autofill with no setup.
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan — you keep access to your data but are limited to the free tier's usage caps. See our Refund Policy for the 14-day goodwill refund on first payments.
